Like every TLI missionary, Josh's ministry is funded entirely by churches and individuals who believe trained pastors are the greatest need of the global church.
A letter from Josh
Dear friends,
For fifteen years I had the privilege of pastoring local churches in Michigan and Wisconsin. For the last decade, I've had a different privilege: serving the pastors of the global church — men who shepherd growing congregations with no seminary, no library, and often no one to teach them how to study and preach the Scriptures.
That work is now entering its most ambitious season yet: a three-year training partnership with sixteen pastors in the Philippines, with further partnerships being explored in Africa and Asia. I'm writing to ask you to consider sharing in it — through prayer, through financial partnership, and by sending your own people into the work.

Pray
Your prayers are always needed. Pray for wisdom and provision of funds and teachers, for the sixteen Filipino pastors, and for the six Pakistani pastors Josh walks with monthly toward ordination.
Give
Your financial support is crucial. Monthly partners sustain Josh's ministry year-round; one-time gifts help fund specific training trips. All gifts are tax-deductible and given through Training Leaders International.
Send
TLI training teams need qualified teachers. If your church has elders or seminary-trained men with a heart for the nations, talk to Josh about joining a future trip.
The budget
What the work requires.
Josh's annual support covers his family's living and ministry expenses as a full-time US-based missionary, plus the direct costs of overseas training: airfare, lodging, translation, and materials for each of the nine Philippines trips.
